🚚 2. How long does shipping take?
We deliver pan-India within 4–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
💳 3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
📦 4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us at support@glowgorithm.in. After that, the order will be processed for shipping.
🔄 5. What is your return policy?
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we only accept returns on damaged or incorrect items. If your order qualifies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
