Return & refund Policy

At Glow-go-rithm, we strive to deliver premium products with the best customer experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.


🛍️ Returns

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

To initiate a return, please email us at support@glowgorithm.in with:

  • Order ID

  • Photo/video proof of the issue

  • Description of the problem

Once reviewed, we'll guide you through the return process.


💰 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

If your order was paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll request your bank details for processing the refund.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Orders returned without prior approval

  • Items requested for return after 48 hours of delivery


📦 Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or not delivered, please contact us at support@glowgorithm.in. We will help track your package or issue a suitable resolution.
